 Into each life, a checkride must fall.  If you have successfully completed all of the hard work you need to actually take your checkride, then you should have the confidence to march into the DE's office with everything ready.  If your paperwork and logs are organized, your thoughts will follow.  Start off right by impressing the DE as to how well prepared you are, and you're already halfway to your desired rating.  

All you need to do, is use one of the checklists provided here.  They were written by Tom Werner, CFII/MEI and all around great guy with more hours than god, and tons of students under his belt.  How they got there, we won't even guess.  Anyway, pick your desired checklist below, print it out, and take it with you.  You can thank us later :-).
